Denim trends only celebrities and models should wear

Denim is such a staple of any wardrobe, and designers are constantly innovating to make the simple pair of jeans de-rigeur. However there are two trends at the moment that should only ever be worn by models and celebrities and even then its at a push!

First of all Jeggings. Stupid name for a ridiculously tight jeans/leggings combo that only if you are blessed with Elle Macpherson-esque legs can you get away with. This is one trend to not try at home unless you are a size zero and over five feet eight.

Secondly high waisted flared jeans. As you can see even if you are the slimmest celebrity in the world, you can still look a little on the large side in these jeans. In fact the only person I have ever seen get this right is Ellen Pompeo and she is blessed with fabulous genes (no pun intended).

And lastly, I don't care how thin you are, only bogans wear jeans with no pockets on the bum. Don't do it. Ever.
