The Chevali Blog: My new crush

Awhile back I watched a terrible film called Chalet Girl. It was a Sunday afternoon, I'd downloaded it and my husband was out playing golf. It really was quite bad. I paid zero attention to the lead, a girl called Felicity playing the character of Kim. She played the part well enough with the material that she was given, but I just regarded her as instantly forgettable. Probably because the film was so utterly terrible.

Then the other day I was perusing red carpet gowns at all the recent events and I think I saw this photo.

I was admiring the dress and thought I would research the actress wearing it and low and behold it was the same girl, Felicity Jones. Except; style savvy stunning and wearing gorgeous outfits. Cue lots of internet searches for her style and I found a treasure trove of understated glamorous English style that I just love.

Felicity is almost 30 but she looks so much younger. 'Like Crazy' her latest film is supposed to be awesome so I am going to give her another go on screen. Its great to see young English actresses making their way in Hollywood, especially those who break the traditional stereotype of what an actress should look like.

She's even made the latest Hollywood issue of Vanity Fair.
